  2. Enter Chatbot Details: A popup window will appear where you need to enter details such as the chatbot's name, language, website URLs, and any specific settings you want to configure.

  3. Processing Data and Training the Bot: After clicking "Create Chatbot," the setup process may take some time, depending on the number of pages your website has. A popup will display the progress.

Feel free to close the window and attend to other tasks if you don't want to wait. Once the bot is ready, you'll be notified by email. It usually takes a few minutes to retrieve content from the website and train the chatbot.

  1. Preview the Chatbot: Once the chatbot is ready, you can access the preview by clicking on the three dots icon or simply by clicking on the bot's name. You can start asking any questions that your users might ask. The chatbot will respond based on the content available on your website.
  2. Add the Bot to Your Website:

Click on the three dots icon to install the chatbot on your website.

You will be prompted to create a new button for your site. If you already have active buttons, you can add your chatbot to an existing button.

After adding and customizing your new button, install a short JavaScript code on your website.
